Problems with 91 3.1 to 89 350 tpi

Motor is in but not ready to fire yet. All wireing is hooked up, but, the blower motor is not working. There is a (seems like) red power wire with grey connector coming out of the harness by the AC box. I know if connects to something but when taking out the V6 there was no connector. any ideas? Also when connecting the black terminals under the dash to the white ones from the 89 main harness the slightly bigger ones goes in fine, but as soon as the smaller one gets pluged in the ACC 20 amp fuse blows. but with it disconnected everything works fine off the acc line. Gas guage doesnt work, but the coolant , volt, and oil pressure works. any suggs?

Well I found the blower motor problem. (Erin is my GF and I'm doing the swap for her) It appears that the SD wiring harness had the red power wire built in but this one is on its own so I have to connect it to the red wire which runs into the relay. For the blowing of the ACC fuse, I am guessing there is a short somewhere, but have no idea where to look. Any suggs? Thanks blows as soon as i turn the key on and its only when the block of wires is connected under the pass side dash. white to black harness.

Only problem I have now is connecting the little of the 2 clear connectors to the black ones under the dash. There are 4 wires. an orange which goes from main line in the car to ecm, an orange wire with white stripe going into ecm., blue wire going into ecm, and a black with white stripe going into the engine harness. When I plug that connector in i blow the acc fuse.
