LT1 Swap, Power Steering Hoses/Resovoir

I hav AC on my car, and I am loking for a place to mount the PS Resovoir.. From what I've found, everyone doesn't have AC and thus there is a perfect spot to mount it on the pass strut tower..

Also, what are we using for a PS hose? Is there anything that bolts up? Or should I just buy a 96 PS hose and get it spliced on to my 89 hose?

I'm interested in the same question. I'm going to keep my A/C too, and this is a question I've been asking myself too. Anyone?

This is how 6speedIROC mounted his reservoir.

Here is how I mounted mine and how I originally mounted the PCM. It has since been moved to the top of the intake.

Notice I have functioning A/C.

The B-Body (Caprice/Impalla) hose is a near perfect fit. Might need a little bending to connect to the steering box. For the return line, I used part of the original hard line with rubber hose on the end connecting to the reservoir.

any particular yr b body? i checked and noone has a hose, so i'll have to order, or go to junk yard.. 95 for eg, be ok?
or the alternative is to get a 94-97 f body hose and get it spliced into my 89 hose

noone with in 100km has either a b or f body hose.. grrr... anyone know if a gas line fitting will work? They are nearly the same, I could get my 89 hose extended with the gas line fitting bent up and crimped on.

Here is how I mounted mine, for the power steering return line I used a 5/8" 5 1/2 foot heater hose and just put some hose clamps. I used the stock steering box return line and just cut it with a hacksaw to remove the slack since I mounted the reservoir very close to the steering box using a 3.8 v6 98 f-body reservoir and mount. I used a steel braided line and russel power steering fittings, 1 16mm fitting for the power steering pump and a 11/16 fitting for the steering box and 2 90* elbows.

update.
got ps pressure hose off 94-96 impalla lt1. worked fine.. a touch too long and perhaps could use a tweak, but hooked up fine, and i probably won't be tweaking it any.

resovoir, I think it will be epoxy'd on to the side of my overflow tank. perhaps a braket or something its hanging for now... no room where the above pics show it on pass side, and i wasn't too keen on the driver side. my battery is on the drivers side.. the ps hose, had a hole in it for what i assume is a bleeder. I didn't have such a beast and it didn't come with it nor did they have anything, so I used a 3/8 nc24 bolt cut down to size with a couple washers and loctite thread sealent.. no prob yet.. bleeding was easy.. lock to lock a few times till whine was gone.. no prob.. left top off resovoir tank when i did that checking of course to make sure tank was full and bleed air..
