V6-V8 Throttle Cable, Fuel Line Fitting Sizes?
MPFI V6 to Carb'd 350 V8. What do I do about the throtle cable, and what size fittings are on the 2 fuel lines that are next to eachother? Is one of them metric?
Dont exactly remember the size of the fittings. I have just finished the exact same swap (2.8 mpfi > carbd 350) and I found it easy to move the fuel lines to the passenger side of the car. The holes are already there piece of cake (this is because I was using a mechanical pump) but if you are using an electric pump, this isnt important to you. As far as the throttle linkage, I used the stock v6 cable with a universal throttle bracket from summit on an edelbrock intake and carb, and everything hooked up perfect.

the throttle linkage cable will have to be bunched up a bit at the firewall but it will work flawlessly

I'm almost done my swap. The linkage isnt hard at all. I used a throttle bracket like ljnowell said, Get some braided fuel line for the line going from the afpr to the carb.
Depending on what wires you removed your fp may or may not come on. I only removed the crap i didnt need. I left the ecm and most wires, i also wired in the ops to help aid in powering the pump.
Did you get a fuel pressure gauge?
Heres where im at, i cant post pics so heres the link
