Can I use a TPI throttle body on an LT1?
May be doing a LT1 swap soon, and have a question. I'll be keeping the 700R4, so can I use the throttle body off my LB9? I'm sure an LT1 throttle body will perform better, but will the LB9 one bolt up for temporary use?
The LT1 is from a 95 Trans Am.

IIRC, the '93 LT1 TB is what you're looking for.
Afraid I can't answer the question about a TPI TB on LT1. Did you check through all the LT1 stickies above?

yes the tb is interchangable from 85-97,the LT1 used a different tps(non adjustable) the tps connector is different and the throttle cable is interchangeable from '85-88 and the '89-'97 hope this helps

I don't have direct experience with LT1's and 4th gens, but didn't the 4L60E come on the scene in '94?
