need engine swap help quick!

ok i need some tech help here, i got a 91 camaro RS that has a 305 TBI, with a cracked block, about the only 305 that we found around here is a 86' vintage 305 that was in a truck, i know that the oil pan will have to be changed, but my big concern is the heads, for now i need to keep the TBI setup, so i'd need to put the TBI intake and heads on this engine, how possable is it to put the 91 heads on a 86 engine

also how hard is it to convert over all the serpentine equipment to this engine, since it has the v belt setup?

Unbolting the serpentine and swapping it onto that motor will be quite easy, make sure you also transfer the water pump, heads will change over with no problem also.

Why not look for a 350? also, an 86 will have a 2 piece rear main seal, and a 91 will have a one piece rear main seal, so you will at least need a new/used flywheel or 2-1 piece adapter for a two piece crank seal.

Just trust me on this one and not the amateur, both are 1 piece, yes you can just leave the flexplate on the 86 if its still there.
