Are you sure the L98 cylinders are in good enough shape to accept standard bore pistons & rings?
Why dished pistons?
You might want two heads (they're on clearance right now at Summit for $265.50 each).
I'm not sure I'd spend money on a new crank and new roller lifters. Rods questionable as well. But, they won't make the engine worse. If you get the new rods, you don't need the ARP rod bolts.
I've never heard good things about Accel injectors. 30 lb are probably too big for a NA engine such as you are proposing.
I would go for new roller rockers and pushrods, though.

Oh, that TB is the LT1 version. -503 is the TPI version. The 52mm -502 would probably be more than adequate.

What kind of pistons(flat, dish, or dome) would you go for and why?

These are the correctionsas of now:
Holley High-Flow EFI Throttle Bodies HLY-112-503 $399.95
*Clearence*Trickflow 23 degree 195cc heads TFS-30410001 $260.50
deleted accel injectors from the list(do i need alternatives?)
This brings the total to $2867.16.
How much of a HP gain am I looking at?

Ah, didn't think about what the SR needed for a TB. I was thinking about you needing the proper type throttle linkage. As long as it's a '93 LT1 type TB, it will work.
4-valve relief flat tops with 62cc aluminum heads would work well together. Aluminum can take more compression than iron heads want with pump gas on the street.
Crank - I guess opinions vary. You certainly shouldn't have to worry about it if you go with it (as long as you don't get the 1 out of 20 rejects shops talk about). A worked-over stock L98 crank should be fine with what you've got planned.
I guess the stand-alone SR kit comes with 30 lb injectors. The concensus seem to be the SVO parts are good.
The price on the heads is each. I didn't do the math to see if you included the price for two.

Ok, here is the revised list:
Engine parts needed for a rebuild:
Product Type Part Number Cost
Federal Mogul Engine Rebuild Kits(Domed pistons 11.93:1 compression) FEM-CSMHP764-000 $399.95
Trickflow 23 degree 195cc heads TFS-30410001 $260.50
Comp Cams Xtreme Energy cam (224/230 duration - 0.502 int./0.510 exh. lift) CCA-SK08-423-8 $499.99
APR high performance connecting rod bolts ARP-134-6003 $59.88
MSD 6AL CD Ignitions MSD-6420 $229.88
Summit Roller Rockers SUM-G6906 $159.50
Holley Stealth Ram EFI Intake Manifolds HLY-7540 $299.95
Holley High-Flow EFI Throttle Bodies HLY-112-507 $349.95
$2,520.10
I did take into account that the heads are sold seperatly this time.
The SR does not come with injectors. If I go with SVO, what type should I go with? -26?
Thanks for your help on this five7kid.

HLY-91503201 or HLY-91504201. Full-up systems. 24 lb for the 300-385 HP, 30 lb for the 385-480 HP version.
I would think 26's would do.
I was under the impression that TPI fuel rails would not fit the SR. But, I'm not familiar enough with those details to say one way or the other.

Damn thats pricy. $2,289.95!
I hope I don't need to buy that full system and I get get away with buying HLY-7540 and the SVO 26lbs/s injectors.
