You'll have to give a better explanation then that because I have no idea what your talking about.

But I'm glad it wasn't the engine after all!

Yea, but it wasn't detonating...it was peeping. There's a difference, you know.

While I'm glad for him that it wasn't an engine failure, I'm kinda sad for us at the same time.

Moral of the story, when people tell you to get another opinion,DON"T MAKE YOUR OWN ASSUMPTIONS!I mean damn, kid. You were shopping for engines for Gods sake. These guys are truly a lot of help, but you gotta LISTEN.

Not only are you unable to spell/type (or whatever your excuse is) but you can't do math either. I went back and read the post about "its not the rods, look" and I counted 4 posts suggesting possible rods and 6 posts suggesting something else. I'm not a math wiz either, but that comes out to 40% and 60%, not 90% and 10% like stated. So the majority suggested something other than rods.

I'm just glad for your sake that you finally got a second opinion before you actually commited to buying an engine.

Yeah,it's really that big of a deal. It's really hard to take someone serious when they can't type a simple word or phrase correctly. It's very annoying to try to make one of your posts out.

Alright, enough already.

It's "pinging", not "peeping". Peeping is associated with windows and the name Tom, pinging is ignition, EGR, and sometimes fuel related.
