no. the older style heads <unless you use newer style heads> will not allow it to bolt up. i have forgotten which accessory is on this bracet. but the passenger side head will require 3 bolt holes. and well the older style heads only had 2 i believe. i think everything else bolts up but this one bracet. the two bolt holes will line up with the bracket but however there is no third bolt hole to hold this accessory=\
or atleast in my past experience it didnt work=\

It should work just fine. I just dropped a 1969 350 block in my 1992 with mid-70's heads and my stock serp set-up. Just look at the heads and make sure you have the accessory holes. There may be one hole missing in the 1970's heads, but I've done this on 2 cars with no problems. It's the 1960's heads that didn't have the bolt holes for accessories.
And you'll like the 350 SO MUCH BETTER!!!

I have a 92 RS that I swapped a ZZ4 crate engine into. The crate engine heads/block are designed to work with 1970s era and older cars.
All I had to do was drill and tap a hole in the passenger side head. It is the top most bolt hole towards the center of the engine. Worked great. It looks exactly like stock except for the Aluminum heads
BTW the depth of the hole I made match the depth of the other existing holes. This worked fine for the ZZ4 heads, didn't hit any water or intake/exhaust passages.

I have an 86 305 Tpi in my 92rs it had the v-belt pulley, to convert to the serpentine I just drilled and tapped the head. It did however go into the water jacket so I put some Loc-Tite on and havent had a single leak or cooling issue in the 1 1/2 yrs since.
