Ok i'll be ordering my 350 HO deluxs on Monday just want some peoples advice good or bad about this engine? People who have it tell me what they think of it? I'll be going from a 305 LG4 to the 350 HO.

I decided a change from my modded LG4 had come this past summer and stuck in the HO Deluxe. In comparison, the motor is a rocket ship. I've always enjoyed my car, but the fun this rascal causes should be illegal--shoot, it is! Do a search on my name and you'll find some pics and info about the swap.

No problems with my stock non-world class T5, though I had to replace the flexplate that the HO comes with with a flywheel (I used a lightweight piece, 16 instead of the 30 pounder). I don't rod the car, so I don't think any problems will arise with the tranny, the same with my stock 3.23's. I really enjoy the ratio (you may have 3.08's). You can drop into fourth at 70 to pass--and I mean PASS! Check the following link for tech info on ratios, but don't take anything for gospel:

so with my 700r4 and rare end will this motor tear them up?
