Slight miss, cyclinder one not firing very much.

Swapped a 350 in my 305 car and swapped all my 305 TPI stuff over. 305 injectors, prom, ECM, knock sensor, etc. As far as I'm concerned, and as far as the motor is concerned... It's still a 305. My 305 blew up and I had a TBI 350 so I swapped it in.

There is a miss, the plug in cylinder one is just barely getting burnt and the injector is buzzing/vibrating. Before I run pressure test and the like, I am open to ideas?

Oh, and it has eliminated emissions. NO EGR or a.ir.

get a set of 22#hr injectors form south bay fuel injectors and install the correct memcal. you can reprogram a aujp.bin to manual trans and use a moates.net g1

If I get those injectors, can I run it with a 305 computer and prom for a little while? Not a year, just a month or two?

What is the prom I need? I know 746 for TBI, but I have a 1990 car with a motor from a 1992 vehicle. I'll buy the 350 injectors, but then what prom or whatever it is do I need to get my TUNED PORTcar drivable? A name so I can ebay search it?

It's a speed density car. I'm also not certain certain on the difference in the prom in reference to the ECM.

Re: Slight miss, cyclinder one not firing very much.

the prom is in the memcal, if its sd you are running a 1227730 ecm. The memcal you need would be the aujp is the closest calibration ac delco / gm p/n 16151348 they are now over the $300 price. you can reprogram yours to the aujp calibration remove vats, egr ect... the only thing is the knock sensor will not work correctly. Give me a pm if you like I might be able to help you out. The only concern now would be how long your t5 will live.
