I swapped a LT1 (4 bolt with Corvette heads) and T56 trans in my 92 Camaro RS. It was originally a V6 3.1, 5 speed. Unfortunately I don't live in Colorado. The power difference is amazing.

I believe it! Did you use the original LT1 wiring harness ? How did you go about wiring the lt1 to your 92? I also got a 92 RS with the 305 and a 5 speed.

I'd help...but I'm in Park City, UT. That'd be an enjoyable job. You'd have to get the car here which I'd guess that you don't want to, or have the means to do.

I bought. 95 Camaro z28 from a guy. He had swapped the Camaro block for the Corvette block. I used the 95 wire harness, pcm and emissions for my car since I live in CA. Using the 95 harness there's only 7 or 8 wires that need to connect to my 92 to run the engine. I ended up repairing and replacing worn wires on the harness and extended the wires by 3ft so I could mount the PCM in the dash like the original PCM.
