how did everyone install there CUT OUTS??

how did everyone install there CUT OUTS??

ok i need help here, i got a 3 inch cut out that i want to put on but i dont know if ill have room before my cat. well right now i dont have a cat and i was gonna try to buy the shortest one possible. the cut out is 10 inches long and i was gonna put it right after my hedman y pipe, then a 3 inch cat, then my 3 inch hooker cat back. the cat back has the 4 bolt flange for the cat on it... PLEASE HELP ME OUT< I WANTED TO PUT IT ON TOMORROW!!!

Ditch the cat and put the cutout in place of it. Your exhaust will sound much better and you'll gain some more power.

I got mine at summit they make it up to 3 inch.

Can you please explain what it is? Do you flip a switch and it opens up the exhaust?

they have POS ones that you can pull a cord and it opens,, but the better ones are flanged and have 3 wing nuts and a gasket. you just reach down there and "un cap" it when you want.
