hooker tips

I currently have the hooker catback, however the damn tips are rusting as usual

Does any company make these style tips but better quality? Or could I coat them with something? ( a new set of course)

I love the style of these tips but the ladies aren't likin' the rust on 'em to much.

Well, they're chrome and like anything else chrome you have to keep em maintained. I use Chrome Polish by turtle wax, with rust remover in it, about once a week. Every now and then just to keep the dirt/dust off, I'll spray windex on em.

I'll second the Borla's. They are stainless steel and you should not have the problems as your others.

Borla tips with flowmaster...

Mark,

Did you write a script that continously searches https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/for...?s=&forumid=12 for the string "Hooker" and then have it auto reply with a predefined plug for their catback?

Doing a little search, 99% of the Hooker threads have you as the first reply.. You need to contact hooker about a commission contract..

:lala:

And yes, it's a very slow morning at the office...

For real ben, you must be hella busy. i never used to see u posting and i've already seen u at least two or three times this morning.

in case you didn't notice i somewhat migrated over to the fuelslut boards cuz ya'll are some funny f\/ckers at times.

and just to keep in on topic....

i don tlike the look of the borla intercooled tips. they look like a honda tip with the inner ring and outer ring. hooker tips look better just kepe them maintained...
