How bad will the stock setup hurt me
I had a 2.8 v6 in the car, and I just put in a goodwrench 350 it has 2inc singel pipe with the singel outlet muffler no cat or headers. How bad do you think this will hurt me.

Think about this: your 2" exhaust MIGHT have been enough for the 2.8, but you've more than doubled your cubes. Even if you can't do headers right now, I'd get rid of that 2" stuff and go with a single 3" or dual system. Headers will help even more, but if I had to choose, I'd do the exhaust now. Hope this helps

OK, I'll put it this way - I'm sure you will notice a big gain in power from the 350 swap. Then you will notice another big gain when you open up your exhaust. How much is it hurting you? Hard to estimate, but I'm sure you will notice an appreciable difference - it will be worth the expense/trouble.

That 2" pipe needs to be replaced as soon as possible so your engine can breathe. Hard to say how much power you'll lose, could be up to 50hp, which is a very noticable difference.

It would be fun though.
