Best Headers

I want to install headers, but fear about how everything hooks up. I'm thinking about Edelbrock or Hedman. I want everything to hook up stock, will all the A/C brackets hook up straight?

yes, everything will hook up stock. They fin in great, you might have to unbolt te motormound and jack up one side of the engine to get them in though.

What do you want to spend? 120-400 ? Pick something between there. Do you have any existing mods in your car? Think about this if you ready to shell out 400 bucks for headers... Think about what you could of bought with the change if you went with the cheaper sets. Hmm .........

Please do a search on this board. Header topics come up all the time. You'll find a ton of info.

If those are your two choices, go with Hedman. Edelcrock's suck.

Edelbrock headers do not suck. I ran 10.1 in 1/8 with a flowmaster and a hypertech chip. Put EDELBROCK headers on and ran 9.52. Please explain to me how they suck.

Well sure, they're better than stock manifolds, but compared to other headers, they suck. Just my opinion, you can do a search on this board to read why.

Headman

I like the hedmans they are good quality built headers. plus they have 1 5/8" primaries and 3" collector plus they are cheap. On the down side they don't come with a Y pipe
