yes, make sure the AIR tubes aren't hitting the fire wall. Mine did. I had them welded to the y-pipe.

since you don't have air tubes, what did you use to cap off the locations made for them at the cat and the diverter valve? If it's not the air tubes then check to make sure the Cat is not hitting the floorpan. Mine did that too. I just had to readjust the Cat position. Where are your rattles and vibrations coming from exactly? Be more specific.

Get a pry bar under there and see how much clearance there is b/w the floor pan and the collector. Moving things around when putting the trans nmount in will relocate things a bit, especially if the set up is new. Sometimes you can get away with a lot of work my just prying to make some clearance. A big pry bar worked great for me. It use to make noise when I would shift from Park to Reverse or from Neutral to Drive, it would just bang. It's all quiet now.

Installed my SLP 1 5/8 headers last week and they are rattling. It is barely touching my sub frame connector. Fabricating a piece that will hopefully keep it away from the SFC.

I have the SLP 3" and it ratted on the pass side frame rail. I switched to a solid motor mount on the drivers side only and it stopped. Vibration is not much more severe than stock (actually kinda cool what the antenna does at idle)
