I wanna get a new exhaust system for my 91 Camaro RS sometime soon. Anyone know of a good setup that'll give me some good V8 noise but still keep it legal in IL?

I ordered the Edelbrock 3" cat back and will be here on Monday. I'm going to have a hollowed out cat until the end of the summer when I get some more money. Where do you live in IL?

it turned out that my cat was still in good condition, so i left it. System was $319 at the local speed shop. I intalled it myself in a few hours. If you can do it yourself, you'll save some money.... or if you happen to be around the Amboy-Dixon area, I could put it on. pretty quiet, but I plan on running headers with a 3" cat. if yorue looking for cheap stuff go with a glasspack. I bought one for 16 bucks, slapped it on with some nice chrome tips and it sounds nice...or just straight pipe it...buddy of mine did that for awhile. got a couple of tickets but the guys in emmissions didnt notice
