were you putting mufflers back there?
Im currently pulling my hair out trying to find a way to fit a similar setup on my car. Too bad I need cats and mufflers on mine. however those pic migh have just talked me out of the mufflex 3.5inch $8billion $$$ catback.
anyway that looks good.
was that all mandrel bent tubbing?

very nice... but where is the cross member? and no cats? where in jersey are you getting tested.... for that matter, where the hell are all you jersey guys getting inspected!!! WTF!!!

Looks very good. How is the clearance near the collectors of the LT's? looks very well put together? are you running mufflers or bullets or what?

Instead of re-posting the pictures, you could have just linked to the original post about them here from a few months back.
I still stand by what I think of the system but, I hope it turns out good for you and you like it though.

well to answer ur questions the cross member is there but it is back further and there is an arm that goes out to the trans mount ill get u all pics when its finished

yes im puttin muflers on there i got 2 40s (flowmasters) they are goin next to the and below the gas tank (my plans might varry to the installer) (i cant weld)

as for the inspection stuff ill have to bring you there i dont disclose that info in the net ..... his *** as well as mine will get ****ed so i dont wanna loose my hook up (cough cough cough) :lala: :lala:


o yea im also puttin 2 1/2 inch flowtech cuts outs on there eventually i will get those electric cut out valves or whatever there called

that exhaust is not my exact setup ill have pix of my car in a couple days i will finaly drive my car again saterday ( if all goes to plan)
all i need now is the timing does any one know timing by the way
i cant seem to figure it out
does it realy have to be right on the money the timing chain part if perfect but where do i put the little arrow on the graph and how do i put the distributer in when i have the crank perfect

if your at TDC, then your distro will sit facing the #1 cylinder. yes, it is very important that you have it all lined up correctly if you want this thing to perform well.

but what im trying to figure out is where do i put the line on the harmonic ballancerl...... there are 3 different letters on the tdc mesuring thing



o yea by the way im just makin sure that the cylinder 1 is the one closest to my driver side head light


and im pritty sure that my distributor will only go in one way. it seams that there are 8 different settings, but will only set into one correctly all the way down so i can put the retainer to hold it down

there is a little gap in the ballancer. That is where you need to look for. Then you will see the notches in the timing marks.

o and dont buy that ****in piece of **** exhaust from maniac motor i had to pay 300 for the install because it does not fit
we had to modify it
****ing ****ers (sorry moderators)

now all i have to do is time it
and i tried the whole tdc thing with a screw driver in teh spark plug hole then faced the distributer to the #1 cil and i could not get anything

so **** it ill just have a gas station charge me and arm and a leg to do it

o well

if i could get her to start i would definatly take up up on that offer for soda because im only 19 cough cough 21

the guys on rt 22 love working on drag racers and **** like that

talk about a raping for this exhaust

dont buy the maniac motor exhaust

i does not even fit
those ****ers make it seem to be all great but it ****in sux

they were acting like they built it on a 3rd gen and ran it to make sure of leaking holes

but the pipes that go over the axle dont reach the ****ing x pipe

my welder was cool enuf to fix that ****ed up mess for me

but at a total days cost of $300.00

if you want my advice go to minakee on rt 22 in springfield and he will fab one for you if your nice
