How much lbs should i torque my headers?

I believe it's 25 ft lbs....

heheheh....he means the bolts closest to the center primary and tubes and work your way out from the centre.......

i know you already know this...so....hhaaha

but as for the torque, good luck getting a torque wrench in there...might be able to get a few...but you wont get them all. just get them as tight as you can...drive the car for a day or two and then retighten....repeat this procedure as necessary

lol... that was funny.
A tip that has worked for me.. be sure to put a thin coating of ultra copper RTV on the gaskets before putting them in as well. It's kept me from having a (standard) gasket ever blow out even with loose bolts. Might just be my luck too but, every little bit helps.

 

thats also a good suggestions, there Deadbird. i have used the ultracopper RTV on collector gaskets on headers that have warped flanges and it worked quite well.
