hey guys,
I think i have a header leak, i cant really pin point it under the hood but when im driving, it sounds like light tapping coming through my dash and when i pop the hood i can also hear the tapping. It is not valves or lifters!! thanx does this sound like a header leak to u guys

If it's leaking at the flange you can probably feel it if you put your hand near the top of the flange while the car is running. I have the hedman longtubes, and I'm having a flange leak problem on the driver side. I've put my hand down there, and even when there isn't too much pinging, you can feel it. So, CAREFULLY, put your hand near the flange above each primary and feel if there is any air coming out. The air will be comin out at a noticeable rate if it is leaking loud enough to make noise.
