im looking to get dual 3 inch installed with dynomax bullets. I havent decided on an H or X pipe yet but ill probably be going with an H because i think it would be cheaper.

Your 1st responce from people... dual 3" isn't needed especially with your wimpy 305.
2nd, clearance, 3rd a single 3" is good to 400+hp, 4th... I've forgotten..
They may not be in that order either.
Anyway it goes, if you want true duals, out to the rear, reasonably priced.. better start learning how to weld now if you want it done on the cheap. Otherwise, let your fingers do the walking....

Damn near $400 for Hooker long tubes, $100 for 2 mufflers, $25 for some piping/hangers/clamps. Just as soon as I can afford it I'm going with a Mufflex single 4" system. Fact is duals suck on these cars unless you're willing to fork out the money to get a good system fabricated (or you're a good welder/fabricator yourself)

unfortuanatly i have bad news.... i almost cry everytime i think about it

120 hooker shorties
50 flowmaster 40s (swapmeet)
400(+50 for shiping) for fabricated dual 2 1/2 from monster
35 for hooker reducers
300 to get it installed because the people who made it ****ed me over

check out my website in my sig for more info on my car

this totals near 1000 for my exhaust system
i now have true dual exhaust with flowmaster fourties in the back just behind my bumper
that coupled with my hijacker air shocks jacked all the way up look really nice

i need to get some pix on my exhaust installed on my car
ill have my buddy put on my sfcs in about 2 weeks at which time ill take some realy good pix

by the way how do you put video on line (can i use my own computer as a server (if so how?)

im planning on putting a 406SB in it fairly soon because i dont think the 305 will do it for me.

From the sounds of it i would be better off with a single 3 for cost and ease of installation but can it still get the deep throaty sound of dual exhuast?

Bit of a layman on the details, I'm afraid...but my entire exhaust came to about $450 for parts and installation. 2 1/2 dual out the back, catback, and a flopro muffler- those are about all the "technical" details I know

Doesn't idle as loud as I'd like, but it has an awesome sound nonetheless. Kicks the **** out of my friends $1,000+ setup- and mine's a 305 against his 350.
