almost positive they will. somebody correct me if i'm wrong, but i dont think u'll have any problems. but if u are putting them on ur current motor, i wouldn't weld them on, i'd just bolt in and then when u swap it's a bunch easier to get them out.

good deal. now will my stock y pipe hook up to them, or will I have to get a new one? I know a good exhaust shop so they could probably make me a new y pipe or fabricate the stock one to fit.

i'd get a new 3" one and replace your cat. convertor with a 3" unit as well... the stock one is very restrictive and will defeat the purpose of the headers. also if u are interested u might look into an electronic cut out, very popular option, search for "cutout" and u will see why.

Any thirdgen header set-up will work with your new motor. Dimensionally it is the xact same as the old small block that you took out. Those headers will work but you will have to fab up a new y-pipe. You couldn't even make your stock y pipe work if you wanted to because those are long tubes and the collectors are in a completely different spot than your stock style or a shorty style. What kind of power are you going to put donw. if I were you I would stick with a set of shorty headers that come with a y pipe. It may be cheaper in the end and you won't sacrifice any power if you have a mild set-up.

2460's are shorties. Jegs doesn't have the right picture for the product.

I've already got a cutout. and yes those are shortie headers I ordered. I can't find a y pipe that's made for them. Should I just get my favorite muffler shop to fabricate a new 3" y pipe for me?

There is no ready-made y-pipe for them. Exhaust shop custom fabrication is the only choice.

The 2055's would probably have cost you less by the time you get a y-pipe (which will probably be inferior) fabricated.

Goto the thread 2460's and y-pipe and check out the y that dave the owner of ACS fabbed up. He also put the directions on how to make and where to buy the prts.

P.S. We sell the 2460's coated for $249

Thanks
