Which Headers?

I already have a flowmaster cat back, but would like headers to go with it. What would be the best cost effective headers for my application? Thanks alot

Cost efficent, Headmans

Pros:
Cheap
They're Headers

Cons:
2.5" Y-pipe.

Best headers(IMO) Hooker 2055's

Pros:
3" Y-pipe

Cons:
pricey.

I'll disagree on two points:

1) They're "Hedman".
2) They're "hedders".

No, that's what they call them and themselves.

YES!

DO NOT buy any exhaust part that says it is for the L03.

You will only be hurting your performance.

I thought L03 was a throttle body injected engine?

I just installed some Hooker 2055s on my Carbed 1984 L69. It will work for sure. Only thing is the AIR setup on the drivers side is set up for TPI. So you have to get a 180* fitting.

It is. Are you going to replace the cat as well? If so, get a system that is desined for TPI applications. The exhaust routing is the exact same between the two and will have the larger y-pipe collector size. I would get a 3" cat with any header set that you choose. It is pointless to change one without the other on TBI cars. I to would recomend the Hooker 2055's. I would also take a look at the mac hedders. Besides SLP these are the best hedders out there for your car.
