Hooker 2055s

I am interested in buying a set of coated Hooker 2055s with a coated y-pipe. Are these the best headers for our cars? Do I need to do any additional things to make these emissions legal, or are they already legal out of the box? And where could I get them from, shipped to my door in 5 weeks already coated? I would appreciate any responses.

Are these headers 50 state legal out of the box? Just hook up the air tubes and everything?

And when you buy from jet-hot, do the headers come with all necessary hardware for the installation?

Yes. Gaskets and bolts come with the kit.

Thanks guys, now I just need to know about the Hooker catback for 86-92 305/350 TPIs. What are your opinions on this system? Is it better than flowmaster? performance standpoint and sound standpoint? I know that the i-pipe is 3inch piping, but what size are the tailpipes? and what size are the tips? Thanks

I don't know much about the hooker catback. Try www.thunderracing.com

You may want to look into the Banks Stinger cat-back. I hear it's as good as the borla one ($699), but half the cost.

Was that your total price with shipping. I just got a quote for $623.90 + shipping.

Thanks

That was the total price, including shipping to central california.

I had to bargain with the guy I talked to (Chris) a little though. Originally, he quoted me like $625+ shipping too.

Thanks for the info. I'll have to do a little bargaining and see if I can get the price down.
