Everyone I have talked to say no. What you will have to do is go to a good exhaust/muffler shop and have them custom make a new one.

I haven't replaced it yet. I will probably go with the Dynomax Catback:

It looks like an 83 HO, and an 84 stock muffler. I do try to keep the car pretty much stock. But, right now I can't justify the cost of a custom exhaust that is more restrictive than a $170 replacement. But, I will probably either keep the old one, or take a lot of pictures of it, in case I really want to pay someone later to fabricate a copy of it.

They start with 83 because 82 was the only year that had the bead type Catalytic Converter. If you have that converter I would highly recommend buying a direct fit Catco for an 83 which would flow much better. Because I am sure the Y-pipes are the same between 82 and 83. Then you can go with the dynomax catback for 83.
Here is my car. Ordered it new in 83. Needs a paint job but runs like a dream.

Yes, the ES end-links made a noticable difference and are cheap and easy to install. My front end-link rubber was cracked. I still have the original bushings all around. They seem to be still in good shape.
