The Ultra Flows are a good flowing muffler if not one of the best. However the sound is up to the listener.

I've owned ALOT of mufflers, and I have to say that my current hooker aerochamber setup has to be my favorite. It's also supposed to be one of the better flowing mufflers out there.
I've had flowmaster 40's, flowmaster 80, flowtech, dynomax turbo, dynomax bullet, glasspacks, edelbrock stainless, straight pipe, open longtubes, and I'm sure there's a few I'm forgetting.
