Please dont give me any heck about doing a search first...I did.
I want to put a Bullet on my 91 trans am 305.
My exhaust guy and I area bit confused about which one I can install.I currently have a dynomax super turbo muffler(single in single out 3 inch).So, how do I mount one of these is my question...what about tips...share your suggestions and part numbers.

I would probably assume you can mount it in the stock cross flow position and just have your exhaust guy bent some new pipe to accomedate the new muffler...dont know how one of those would sound ive never heard a thirdgen with 'just" a bullit muffler ive onlyheard the loudmouth with the bullet muffler in place of the resonator.

 

Well, I want it to sound badass.
People are telling me that its going to be LOUD and that suits me just fine.

 

Well then you may be very pleased. I've heard alot of cars running bullets. LOUD. I liked them so much I bought a pair to put on my 'stang. And when I get the time I'll put one on the Z28.

Well, just thought I would share my thoughts on the dynomax bullet.
If you are looking for a fairly inexpensive way to make a wee 'lil 305 sound dangerous, then this is your solution.The car sounds amazing for what it is.It has a really nice low tone at idle and a badass bark upon hard acceleration.The tone varies alot at different RPM's ofcourse and sounds the best when you downshift.Overall, I am very happy with the sound!Loud and mean!

Putfile - my stock 305tpi wbullet dynomax mufflerhere is my stock 90 vert with 305tpi it has 2 1/2 catback with a dynomax bullet muffler and a turn down before the axel.

I'll be using a bullet on my 305 TPI. Headers, 3" system with the bullet and single exit. Should sound pretty mean, I'll post a clip once it's installed.
