Hey everyone, I'm puttin my 2055-1 headers on this Saturday. What plugs should I use? I did some searchin on here and found out that the Autolite racing plugs fit okay. Can u guys give me some sugestions of brand and part#'s. In the post's I read they never gave part#'s. Any suggestions? Thanks.

 

Davey, I will put on a set of 2055 soon and read angled plugs are neeeded, but some posted poor remarks about Accel sparks. What wires are you using?

 

No they will fit heads that use angle head plugs. Yeah I read that the accel suck also. For wires everyone says you just have to have all 90 degree boots. I have 2 sets of wires at home so I'm gonna mix and match until I can afford a nice set.

 

I've been using Accel 276S since 2001. No problems with them other than the terminal coming loose. I just took them off and pinched down the outer end so it stays tight on the threads when screwed on.

 

Davy, I how did it go w/ the 2055 install?

I'm going to go with the Accel 276S sparks like five7kid suggested. Also, thought it was interesting that the Accel 276S is only one used World Products engines @ http://www.worldcastings.com/faqs.htm (wouldn't one of those beasts under the hood be sweet?)

 

Everything went good. Install was easy. We didn't even have to unbolt any motor mounts. The car sounds great now.

 

i run the ar133's with 90deg boots, no problems. hedman lt's if this helps at all.

 

I ended up goin with AR25's with all 90 degree boots. It all fits good. Scooter 500 I would love to have 1 of those engines in my car. One day I will.

 

Because I figured headers would improve room near the plugs I have to ask.

I have some ACF-2's, I know I know, platinum sucks but I bought these because I read (on here) many using them without problems, plus I got a deal 8-$8...Anyway will they fit as well? I have MSD 90* boots also.
