anyone know where to get cheap headers?
my camaro has had a pretty bad exhaust leak from the collector since i bought it, i just changed out the gaskets but the header on the passenger side is bent and it is driving me crazy, anyone know where i can get a set of cheap (under $200) headers that would match up w/o the need to get the exhaust modified, im pretty sure the ones i have now are just regular length, dont care what they look like really im going to wrap them with header wrap anyway

will check it out thanks, only reason i want to wrap them is there is a big wire bundle behind the block that is half melted from the headers, and the spark plug wires are starting to melt a little as well, ive herd it can cause them to rust early, is this why you sayin not to wrap them or is there another downside to wrap as well?

www.nextag.com is good for comparing prices. it searches the internet
www.streetsideauto.com has good prices, free shipping and tend to have coupons

i've had no problems with wires melting with my headers, however if you wanted to be safe anyways you could always get the kevlar or metal wire looms that go on each boot

the actual wires have not started to melt yet, just the loom, anyone tried ceramic coating on headers? is it any better than the wrap?

I've done it on atvs dirtbikes snowmobiles and motorcycles there was a significant reduction of temperature after being coated but I never took a infrared thermometer to them definately made them last longer than they normally would have.
