Re: mufflers???

3" catback with a 2-chamber Flowmaster sounds awesome on my daughters 90 RS, 305/TBI! I'm thinking of ditching my Magnaflow catback for one on my 350 TPI.

Re: mufflers???

I bought a hooker aerochamber, you don't get any weird drone and it sounds great through the whole rev range. ($86 shipped off summit.) stay away from cheap mufflers because they tend to be raspy.

You say that is if Cherry Bomb is the only muffler that can do that. My Magnaflow bullet muffler is right behind the cat (i keep my cars legal) and Flowmaster, Borla, as well as many many more manufacturers make a bullet mufflet that accomplishes the same fit, sound better & flow better while fitting in the same place.

Re: mufflers???

I think the best bang for the buck is definitely a flowmaster cat back. They look and sound the best. IMO

Got a video of how it sounds & a lit of what kind of mods you have? Headers/aftermarket cat/cat-back/cam/compression/etc. all play a big role in how an engine sounds.
