Why is my exhaust so low? pics included
Pardon my newbish but im new to the platform. The previous owner (i think) lowered it and threw on some long tube headers. My questions: is there a mid pipe that goes with the headers that give them more clearance? Also, what spring setup should i use to raise my car a little?
Don't get me wrong i like low cars just as much as the next guy but when most of the undercarriage and misc. engine parts are scraped up, methinks its a bit too low... Thanks in advance!

That piping is only slightly lower than mine, your car is just low.

crappy design, I run dual 2.75" pipes and have them tucked up a lot higher than that. The only way to get it perfect is by either building from scratch or modify what you have

I say leave it low-looks good. Yeah the pipe is low, but I have had lower on my Stangs. You just have to remember how low it is and drive accordingly.

Install new motor mounts or Poly motor mounts. It will raise the engine up about 1/4-1/2in.

F-body is already low stock, lowering it 2" is too much for me that's like having a ferrari, can't go thru driveways or bumps without scraping **** Everytime, I'd just install a new set of original stock springs from Classic Industries and forget about it.
