3 sets of headers. none work

Heddman long tubes - major clearance issues
Hooker long tubes - even worse
flow tech shorties- passenger side has clearance issues. mechanics claim my wires would burn on that side. cant get a finger between the header and...the A/C??

Ill have to call them back. This is getting ridiculous. Please remind me to never buy headers for a 3rd gen

any suggestions?

Maybe its your car?

I have ran hedmans on mine, many other have as well. A ton of guys use the hookers as well.

Flowtechs are on quite a few budget cars too.

Maybe your front has been tweeked from an accident in its past?

You say you have stokc heads.

Are they Stock Camaro cast iron heads, or are the corvette aluminum heads?

Here you go...

Not the cheapest, but probably the best.

Maybe your problem is with you mechanic. It is expected that you will have to re-route plug wires with a header install. I would suggest finding a better mechanic or doing the work yourself.

X2 I had to get all new wires with the 90 degree boots with my heddmans. Also I agree you should try your self doesnt take many tools lol I was intimidated at first but it was fairly easy after the seized exhaust bolts

+1. All of the headers he listed will work. Some of the Long Tubes require some work, but ALL of the shorties fit without any modifications.

My 2055's dropped right in from the top.

Agreed...hedmans and hookers both slipped right in with 2 different motors over the years on 2 cars..no issues.
