UpnComin gear head...needs help!!

Been taking the wrong approach when it comes to my Camaro..which is my baby.. I've let a couple of different so-called, want to be mechanics try their luck at fixin my car, only to be burned in the end result and often my pockets!! So now I'm taking matters into my own hands, n I need all the help I can get from my new thirdGen F-body techies..bc Ima newby et all this.
My problem is that my 90 Camaro RS originally came with 3.1L v6 MFI ..well I replaced tht motor wit a used motor(tht was totally bad from tha start!) tht I gt from tha mechanic, only fo it to blew up on me while driving it for only tha 3rd time. Since then I've replaced that bad motor with a new 350 engine..block fully rebuilt, n freshly bored .040 over..bt tha previous mechanic had cut a lot of tha wires under my hood, so now my dash is completely useless...I can't read tha speedometer..rpms..gas..or temp gauges? Is there away I cud rewirer these back up without havin ta buy a new wiring harness? If so, how? n wat types of wire can I use ta do so..or where can I buy tha rite kind? Also I've already bought a replacement steering column for my car, bt how do I gt tha air bag steering wheel off n the column out to put n tha new one? HEEEEELP PLZ

Du solltest dir ein Werkstatthandbuch mit den Schaltplänen zulegen.

Guess you were able to understand that about as well as anybody else trying to read your ghettotalk up there!

You will have to get yourself a factory service manual for your vehicle's build year, because you will need to check out every wiring diagram it offers. You won't be able to find all the right cable colors otherwise.
You can find cables of the right diameter and color at any radio shack, I guess.
Just cut a tiny piece off and take it there. They should be able to give you the correct wires. And you'll need lots of wires... and colors.

Be extremely careful with that airbag. Search the boards for the procedure try not to get killed while removing the thing.

I don't totally understand what you're asking either but it sounds like you need another wiring harness. I'd look through the classifieds on this forum and check the local junkyards to see if you can find one complete harness and then do as NCC-2569 suggests and get yourself a manual.
