Get rid of that worthless 3-bolt crap and put something else on there that might actually work.

I have had good luck with solid aluminum gaskets like these.

Re: need help with a gasket?

Yeah the problem with the 3 bolt stuff is that it's very difficult to get the flanges perfectly parallel so you get even clamping force. Then the junk warps when it gets hot......

Either weld flex joints into the Y pipe or ditch the 3 bolt system. You will have nothing but problems till you take one of those routes.

Re: need help with a gasket?

Right: the 3-bolt crap is GUARANTEED FAIL. The worst thing about it is, ONE TIME of overtightening the bolts, and the whole thing is permanently destroyed, for all time; once that is done, it will NEVER EVER seal again, no matter what gaskets you use. The damage is PERMANENT IRREVERSIBLE and IRREPARABLE: it's impossible to replace the thing that warps, namely, the loose piece on the header side that spins. Worst design EVAH. Always has been, for as long as I've been dealing with it (over 40 yrs), and since long before that.

Cut that stoooopid worthless crap off and weld in what I linked you to. You won't believe how much better it is.
