what mufflers for a deep sound??

I want to get mufflers that will give me a deep rumble at idle and be deep and loud when I get on it. What are the best ones?? Also I am getting a new 350 tbi w/ around 400 hp. so you might want to take that into consideration.. thanks

Everyone has different opinions. There are a bunch of sound files floating around this board. I have mine in my signature.

Flowmaster of course. They might not flow the best but they sure do sound it IMO.

Go with a Vortex muffler (its a true flowing cherrybomb muffler No restrictions) it really sounds good on a 305 TBI w/ Open element IMO it is worth it

Flowmasters! I love mine, after driving my dads Grand Am again, and hearing my friends A4, with his ABSOLUTELY silent Remus exhaust, I need sound. I feel if you get aftermarket exhaust ya better be able to hear it, not just at open throttle, all the time. I'm so glad to start up my car hear it rumble as it sits, and roar as I give it gas.

flowmaster 80 series on a 400 HP engine would just choke it up, so might have to sacrifice good looks for a single outlet exhaust. your gonna have alot of exhaust gass\sound flowing out anyways..
