Have you put it in the car yet or is it still on the stand like that? I am interested to know if the motor is easy to get in there with them on or not. I have heard a lot of people talk about how hard they are to install but I plan to put a set on then drop in the motor. I dont think that that should be too complicated, comparitively at least. Oh, and that looks really nice

I want to know if they fit on manual transmission cars. I have SLPs on my firebird, but an IROC might be in my (distant) future

appears to be a manual to me

I would talk to him about it though. His name on this board is Phil87IROC. He said it was a tough install.

I just temp installed those on there for the picture. There is NO WAY you can install the motor with them mounted on the heads.

I have read that people have to lift the motor up a few inches to even install them, so what stops you from installing the motor with them on?

They are too wide to be installed on the motor. You have to pre-position them in the bay and lower the motor down between them.:lala: :lala: :lala:

the people I have heard say that the lifted the motor up a few inches also put them in from underneth. I think lifting it a bit just makes it easier.
