any one have any or picks? shouldn't be hard to do but i never have and i don't have a trans to build one around.

 

ed, would you be able to make one from a photo of a finished one?

i got one with my floorjack a couple christmasses ago. looks like it's made out of thin angle iron bolted together.

i'd be happy to snap a photo of it for you on friday.

yeah i think i could make one from a good pic and a few basic measurements. it's been over 20 years since i used one and it sure was easy to do a trans r&r. the one i used was a universal fit deal.

 

um the one that says floor jack idea it has the yellow jack

o for a trans my bad. team chevelle had a pic of one a long long tme ago. its not hard for a muncie you have a u for the tail shaft and just another u wide u for the main case

i'll try to remember to snap a photo of my adapter tomorrow.

i might even have the assembly instructions in my toolbox here at the house. it is a universal one, and is adjustable. it also has a couple chains that go on the top to wrap around the transmission. i'll let you know how it works when i pull the t5 from my car this spring.

i got home a little bit ago, was tearing apart pieces for my front end rebuild. i'm beat.
