best way is to measure for your exact car.

measure from the strut tower over to the other strut tower, you'll need some 1 inch round pipe or a peice of steel and possibly some brackets depending on how you want to set it up

Would a tubular or square design be stronger?

Is it better to bolt the STB to the brackets or make a soilid design? It seems like the bolts would start to get loose after a while.

What I ment was, The brackets that you bolt on to the main STB brace ( The part that bolts onto the tower) is it better to bolted or welded. I know that if it was bolted then it wold be easier to fit.

I also have another question. How far should the brace sit above the plenum.
