Control Arms

Recently made some control arms.

4130 Chromoly Steel.

Overall, not too bad in my opinion.

Friend did the cutting and welding, I did the powdercoating. Overall all they came out well. Now on to the panhard and torque arm.

I've already have bushings, but if not, I'd purchase some.

They aren't terrible in price.

I mean what kind are you going to use? Sorry I wasn't clear enough. Are they set up for stock ones?

Energy Suspension bushings.

I assume the stock ones would work as well.

Hmm, I'd have to go measure it again... or do the math.

O.D. is 1.5", thickness is .095. That's for the part that holds the bushings.

i made my own to but i used the stock arms. arnt the bushing holes different sizes on each end to accomodate the stepped surface of the bushing?? that was why i stayed aways from making tubular ones. i was afraid the bushing wouldnt be snug on both sides.

Not sure, these are the exact same size as BRM control arms, in terms of bushing areas. The control arm main tube is 1.25"x.095"
