3rd Brake Light Mod
This is a picture of my third brake light, my friend and I did this in about 45 minutes, thats from cutting the vinyls, to applying them onto the light, priming, painting gloss black, and removing the vinyls, for the reversed look
I like this better than just putting vinyls on the lense and leaving them there

Cool. I did the exact same thing on mine.
You dont Need to use vinyl though. I printed my pattern onto sticker paper and it worked perfect.. pics on cardomain page in sig.
Edit: Nevermind, dont look at my cardomain page. It's old and outdated and crap. Here.

All vinyl is, is a high end sticker paper that professionals use, it just so happens that my friend is a professional with a vinyl cutter, and he is looking to get more business for his business, I never said that you cant do this other ways, just trying to help out my friend expand his business, he has over 600 fonts and pictures to choose from, these came with his vinyl cutting program, he paid over 5000 dollars for these, so it is a professional setup. He has done vinyl work for local business in the past, and now I am just trying to help him get more of a national customer basis, I believe that the prices he charges are very fair, he does not want to make lots of money by charging an ung*dly price, just the price of the vinyl and his time. He has a college degree for graphic arts, and he is very capable of taking a drawing and turning it into a beautiful custom vinyl. That is all, just trying to help out a friend

You know what would be really cool is if he could do it in a vinyl that was colored to match the car and then had the letters cut out..
Then you wouldnt have to paint it or anything either.
