hey i was just thinking of something that could probably be really cool. somehow fitting either firebird flip up lights or other flip up lights into regular camaro headlight bezels. i was thinking it would give almost like the late 60's RS lights. now i know pretty much "anything" is possibe with know-how, the right tools, and of course, money, but what do you guys think of this, good/ bad??

yea i was thinking about that and i thought that the lights are completly diffrent sizes, i was thinking though if you could make it flush when closed (kinda like the IROC race cars were) and then of course opening
thanks for the feedback

I thought about that idea too but it would disrupt the lines of the car and when they were open it would make your car look like a slutty girl with long eyelashes.

Would be kinda cool to have something like the flush-fitting headlight blackouts that slide back.

I actually saw a car at a local car show about 10 yrs ago with the shutter idea. They looked like a typical headlight cover when closed, but with the flip of a switch they would open kinda like your household blinds. I asked him if there was any problem with seeing at night and he said, that they were slightly more dim, but, not enough to affect seeing what was a head of him. He said that he had somewhere around 100 hrs in them though!!!

A far-fetched idea would be to have clear headlight covers that "polarize" to black...but that would probably cost a fortune to do
