Whats the most original or practical mod you've seen on TGO?

So many great ideas here it can be hard to see them all. Whats the most original or practical mod you've seen on thirdgen or elsewhere (on a third gen)?

Not exactly original. Defiantly not practical.

Ill add to the originality side and say 84 1LE's notchback.

That is pretty cool. The lines really resemble the SS hood I'm surprised he doesn't have one to go with that notchback.

The most practical IMO is a decent cup holder.

Lt1 what the Thirdgens should have came with stock. And that SS notch back looks really stupid imo.

Re: Whats the most original or practical mod you've seen on TGO?

The most practical is the fuel pump access door. Having owned 2 thirdgens (one was a daily driver for 10 years) and changed a half a dozen fuel pumps, this mod saved lots of time and is less hassle than dropping the tank. LS1 fuel tank with LS1 pump is a good mod to compliment the fuel pump access door.

My other favorite practical mods:
-Drill two holes in the inner metal door skin to get the window motor out is a good one. There is a template somewhere on here on TGO.
-97-02 center console swap (stock center console usually falls apart, has no cup holders)

All the guys with big money have them. They're still an expensive swap to do. Some of us will drive with what we got.

I need to post some pics of my practical mods.

Re: Whats the most original or practical mod you've seen on TGO?

Most original i liked Neils widebody camaro he made. One of the biggest/longest threads on tgo. Def something you dont see everyday

Most practical, i feel is a modern big brake kit. Stock brakes always left more to be desired and after driving late model f bodys you can appreciate more brake. The kits done by ebmiller and big brake upgrade have always had my appreciation.
