Blank Gauge Plate Template
For those interested, I have listed a template for the gauge plate on my website. Perfect for any one that wants to layout their own gauge setup. This has all the correct profile and mounting hole geometry.

How thick is it? Can the windows for the warning lamps and indicator arrows be cut by hand?

Not sure how i missed your post.
The panel is 1/4" thick. You can probably cut those in by hand if you take your time. I use a cnc to cut everything out.

Dang, I just cut a template a week or two ago was shaping it on the bench grinder for like 2-3 hours.

yup! However I won't be re using the bezel for my application, the plate would need to be traced using the actual cluster housing, using the factory mount holes. ill see if I can find you a pic

Nope the white piece (cluster housing) as that is what is mounted to the dash with factory holes
