Now would this be considered rare?
Forgive me if questions such as these have been beaten to death, I'm new here.
I've seen a few posts asking if this car or that car could be considerd rare. How about mine? It's a '90 GTA, 305, four speed auto, t-tops. As far as I know less than a thousand GTAs were made that year due to the retooling for the '91's body style (I much prefer the earlier Knight Rider look personally). What do you think, is this one a keeper?

Before someone starts screaming at you.... you should check out this site:
http://www.gtasourcepage.com
it has everything you every wanted to know about GTAs. As far as your car being rare, well, it maybe is 'rare' in a numbers sense, but IMO not very desirable because not many people want that particular config. ie a 305 w/ auto

How dare you come into this message board and ask a question about your car without having first read every thread ever posted that contains the keyword "GTA".
BTW, that was my weak stab at levity. Hang around here for a while and you'll get the joke.

See that little search button up the top there?? Now, I have no problem with you not using it, but others will. Some do not like to answer questions that are beaten to death...personally, I think its a nice refresher course for all of us. I don't care

You hit the nail on the head! I can't speak for everyone, but I don't always remember stuff after hearing it just once. It's nice for certain things to come up on a regular basis.
Now, having said that, does anybody know what "Camaro" means?

Hey c'mon, what are the odds that someone would ask the same question about an identically equipped '90 GTA? It couldn't hurt to ask, even if people do get uptight about repeating questions. Hey we rookies only ask once...
As for my GTA not being the more desirable model, that's debatable. Sure it may only have a 305 but it has the T-tops, and a 350 can always be swapped in later. Try swapping roofs with another car and decide which swap is easier. Remember it was one or the other in '90... (Another topic that has probably been beaten to death but what the hell.)
Actually I was wondering what "Camero" means. Ever notice how often it's misspelled like this?

Aye true enough, which is why I personally don't intend to pull the engine. A new cam maybe, but the 305 will stay where it is.
Remember, you don't like t-tops. Most people do (only when they don't leak, granted), myself included, and it'd still be easier to swap engines than roofs for those of us who want the glass above our heads. It wouldn't be 100% original but how many 'birds are? It wouldn't be a totally stock and factory '90 GTA, but it'd still be a '90 GTA. So .
