I have seen/heard rumors of there never being a factory IROC with a 350 and ttops in 1989, my car does have the factory 350cid as per the rpo code (L98/B2L) is there an RPO code that can tell me if my ttops are from the factory or aftermarket? if not any other way i can tell?

I've never heard that...the only 'maros w/stock 350s that didn't have T-Tops available were the 91-92 Z28s...I could be wrong tho

 

as stated, the RPO code for t-tops is CC1.

1989 was believed to be the last year for the camaro that you could order the L98/B2L with CC1.

 

The 350 and TTops were available from 1987 - 1989. 1990 - 1992, the 350 could only be had as a hard top.
