"Rare" 88 with LT1
Yet another eBay job...

Yes, this rare LT1 looks just like an LB9 or L98.
Also, that sawzall wing must have been a rare option too.

I really like the "Condition of ths vehicle is near mint." statement...
What I see:
seatcovers, over probably warn or torn seats.
"Shortie" Aero Spoiler...
The T/A Right fender and front clip
THe base firebird Hood...
From what I can tell the only thing Mint on the car would be the old toothpick between the seats.

oh ebay you make me laugh
you missed the fact his mint car is also missing the right side fog light, that must be wieght reduction in the rare lt-1 package
and the ugly seatcovers/floormats covering his likely rips are probbaly yet another stock "specialty package"

As a stress reliever(sp?), each week, we need to get on Ebay, find the most "stock" car and play a game like "What's wrong with this picture"...
THATD ROCK!
THATD ROCK!
He forgot to mention that he has the ultra rare "aluminum foil wrapped coolant overflow tank" as well. I really wish that one had one of those things at the bottom where you can ask questions and everyone can see it

Its the Ram Air Hood Gap option.
I originally wasn't going to mention that seeing how lots of people have that from moron mechanics leaning on it and bending the support. Being how this is listed as "near mint"...

i asked a questiong about what the engine displacement was, and asked him why his lt1 looked different than all the other ones. I made myself sound like an idiot and yet no response.
There is a difference between a LT1, and a LT-1. We are all familiar with the fourth gen LT1, but the old carbed LT-1 from 70-71 was designated with the - between the T and the 1. LT-1 is what his ad specifies. So maybe he's trying to say that it's a LT-1 long block with the TPI intake. Still not a compatible combo. Probably still
Still won't answer anyones inquiries.

Apparently even aftermarket companies don't. Take a look at this: http://www.marchperf.com/lts1_serps.html.
Obviously, the Gen II and III engines.
