Your invoiced dealer is different than the build sheet dealer. I wonder why?

The VINs don't match between the two.

What do you see that I don't. I see:

I understand man. I dont have any idea what most of those numbers and codes mean. If someone has a breakdown, or wants to take a crack of making since of some of it for me, go ahead

Sure interesting to look back at the actual history of a car, and that was a pretty special car at the time.

I'll try and make sense of this. I've seen this before. On the build sheet it says "charge Baltimore Zone". Someone who works for GM ordered the car "in house". Also it says on the build sheet "company car do not build..." This was somebodys demo.
So now the car has to be shipped to a dealer for PDI and warranty purposes. Then Mr./Mrs GM brass hat guy/gal picks his new demo Z28 up. In '92 we had a customer who worked for GM order three purple RS Camaros during the '92 model year for use as demos. On each of the build sheets it said "Charge Atlanta Zone" Ship to: Days Chevrolet, Acworth, GA.
I think the person who orderes the car picks the dealer he/she wants it delivered to.

The yellow was on the invoice when I got it from PHS.

The same dealer is on both the invoice and build sheet, Bryant Pontiac in Covina, CA. But the factory shipped it to Mike Salta Pontiac in Portland, OR.

It did not sit around long, build date of 4/02/82 & shipped 4/03/82.

My build sheet has seen better days.....
