Camaro Targa Top????

Okay, ive looked around, but after seeing an episode of Simon & Simon, ive become very intrested if there is a third gen camaro with the Targa top, like the vette, as opposed to the T-tops? Just kinda intrested, if anyone knows of any pics of these targa cars, or an aftermarket company that dose the conversions, id appreciate the help, Thanks

I have seen one but it was a custom piece. They made the fram out of aluminum I think and then had a glass supplier fit a glass into it. It was prett trick, but like I said I only saw one of them and it was at a custom car show. Hope this helps

I did some research on this targa top , Ther was a custom car company in california that did this modificaton , but do to the slow sales they canned the idea , the only problem also is the car will have more shift in the sub frame even with connectors.

That's a notchback, not a targa. The targa top was basically a removable 1 piece roof like the corvettes have. The camaro in Simon & Simon had a targa top.

I was pondering that idea just a few days ago. I am also very interested in that mod. The only thing is the flex on the front windshield at higher speeds.
