It was 93,Thats how much these so called experts know, and then people who read it pass the same info along and that is how you get conflicting information.

I found a way to contact the editor. I'll let you know what they have to say.

 

They e-mailed me back and this is what they said.

boy i sure would like to get my hands on a 93 thirdgen especially one of those convertible 1LEs with a/c a 350 and a five speed i bet it would be rare and hard to find. TINFY

 

When you find one, see if there's an extra lying around I can snag up for myself

Chuck,read the post reply by KS91Z28, the guy who wrote the article made the correction after he was advised by E-Mail,but originaly the article stated that the 4th gens were introduced for the 94 model year.
You just came a little late to this post.
