A question of factory produced IROC rims

It is to my knowledge that all iroc rims were 16's. Were any 15 inch iroc rims produced of the exact same style?

Yes. In 89 and 90 IROCs came standard with 15" rims that looked otherwise identical to their 16" counterpart.
